Requested record not found
Description
You noticed that some message
instances on your Alliance Access system cannot be completed. When you try to
complete an instance you get an error:
Record not found.
Also your output Message Partners (“To Message Partner”) are continuously failing with following error which is reported in the Alliance Access Event Journal:

Workaround
This is probably due
to the fact that the system time on your Alliance Access server was
changed (for example, Timezone change).
In order to complete
message instances:
1. Complete all message
instances which were created with a new Timezone (TZ) setting.
2. Shutdown your Alliance
Access system and stop the bootstrap.
3. Revert to the previous value of the TZ variable (for example, to
winter time).
4. Start up the Alliance Access
server.
5. Complete message instances.
This time it should work.
6. After all instances are
completed, perform a reverse action and changed the Timezone to necessary
value again.
